Terms of use

Last updated October 20, 2026

Portico Planner (“Portico”) is run by Nick Nicolaysen. By using it you agree to these terms. Contact: support@porticoplanner.com.

Testing

Portico is in invite-only testing. Features may change, and the service may be paused or ended. Keep your own copies of anything important; connecting Google Drive does this for your notes.

Your content

What you put in Portico is yours. You allow Portico to store and process it only to run the app for you.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything illegal.

Third-party services

When you connect Google, Apple or Microsoft services, their own terms also apply.

No warranty

Portico is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Portico isn’t liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from its use.

Ending use

You can stop using Portico and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. Access may be removed for misuse.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
